The Itinerary

Day 1

Pick you up from the airport with your privately transferred to your Cairo hotel. 

​

Driving to Giza Plateau where we will step back in time about 4,600 years.

Start with seeking the most-famous historical site, The Great Pyramid of Cheops — oldest and the only wonder of The Seven Wonders of The Ancient World that is still standing today.

You will get the chance to climb some few stones of it and take some memorial photos. Then driving through the pyramids to an amazing spot called The Panoramic View where you can take the best photos from there.

After that, we will see the queens’ pyramids and The Valley Temple where we will have a closer look at the Great Sphinx, The largest and most famous.

Then we will stop at the Papyrus Museum, where we will learn about the oldest and the strongest paper in history. Besides revealing the process of making it, the guide there will explain for us the most important stories, which we had discovered on them and you will get a chance in case you like to buy something.

Day 2

It is the time to escape by time machine more than 7000 years back to discover the ancient Egyptian civilization. In the new museum, you will be amazed with the displayed artifacts. Moreover, The NMEC is the new house of the 22 royal mummies, so be ready to see them in their new show.

Then we will go to the Nile to have a private Felucca Ride, a relaxing experience to spend our first afternoon in Cairo.

​

Moving to one of the oldest bazaars in the Middle East - Khan El Khalili. Discover a maze of alleys that has been at the center of Cairo’s trading activities since the 14th century as till now they are selling everything from spices to shisha pipes and toy camels, not to mention the inevitable scarabs, pyramids, and belly-dancer costumes.

Day 3​

Rise early this morning for an exhilarating tour to Alexandria, which was founded by Alexander the Great, drive around 230 km until reaching the city.

​

Starting our journey by revealing the secrets of the Catacombs, which is the largest Roman cemetery.

Then moving to Pompay’s Pillar that was built in the honor of the Emperor Diocletian.

Then going to Qaitbay Citadel that was erected on the exact site of the famous Lighthouse of Alexandria, which was one of the old Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

In addition, we will pass by the Modern Alexandria Library.


(Optional) After this marvelous time in the historical Alexandria, we will enjoy a lavish lunch-seafood- with the unforgettable Mediterranean Sea View.

Finally driving back to Cairo then pick you up at the airport and depart.
